5K in 5Points

Thanks to all who joined us for the 2012 5K in 5Points!

Thanks to more than 300 participants and sponsors, our first annual 5K in Five Points kicked some major asphalt. On May 21, 2011, racers hit the ground running, walking and jogging through Denver’s historic Five Points neighborhood in support of youth entrepreneurship, community leadership and YouthBiz programs.

After the heavy breathing, hydration and high fives subsided, participants ended the evening at the Five Points Jazz Festival where they enjoyed live jazz, refueled with soul food and took in the rich cultural heritage of the community.
