Question: How does such a small staff manage to serve over 400 youth per year and run one of Denver’s premier youth development organizations?

Answer: YouthBiz does it with the help of dedicated volunteers involved in a variety of programs and events year-round.

An enriching, rewarding, and fun way to participate and to contribute to YouthBiz is to volunteer. Volunteers fuel YouthBiz’s work and the experiences of our youth through various activities.  Some come with specific knowledge, such as business leaders, entrepreneurs, teachers, parents, and activists. Others come with patience, time, and the willingness to provide whatever support is necessary to benefit our overall operations.  Our youth gain an incredible amount of knowledge and inspiration from our volunteers.

• Volunteers provide curriculum support through job shadows, mock interviews and Individualized Success Plans
