Tier I: YouthBiz Basics
YouthBiz Basics provides youth with the fundamental job readiness and social skills needed to succeed in today’s competitive academic and workforce settings.  Youth take control of their future by developing skills in the areas of: technology, communication, career readiness, and leadership development.  Through the organization’s peer-to-peer training strategy, youth have the opportunity to learn and interact with talented youth leaders who are committed to their overall success.

Tier II: YouthBiz Advanced
YouthBiz Advanced is a demanding and rewarding program that focuses on fundamental business skills and entrepreneurial development.  It is designed to increase each youth's ability to be a self-reliant, confident, and skilled business professional.  Through peer-to-peer learning and hands-on training, youth compete course work on topics that include: financial literacy, business planning, budgeting, start-up financing, customer service and client management, advertising and marketing, and human resources.  At the end of the program, youth are able to receive small business loans from YouthBiz to take business ideas from concept to reality.

Tier III: YouthBiz Leaders
YouthBiz Leaders offers youth who have successfully mastered the Tier I and Tier II programs with an opportunity to “learn and earn” - continue their learning and earn money after-school.  The program allows youth to explore careers of interest, apply basic skills learned in real-world settings, develop specialized leadership skills and prepare for life beyond high-school.  Through this program youth are able to choose have experiences that include – crew leadership for YouthBiz programs, internships in fundraising and administration, paid jobs at YouthInk, and paid jobs out in the community.  These youth receive hourly wages and have the opportunity to increase their earning potential.  

YouthBiz at La Academia
Through a partnership with Denver’s Inner City Parish, YouthBiz offers a satellite after-school program st La Academia, a non-profit school serving at-risk youth from Denver’s west-side neighborhoods.  The program is offered during the fall and spring semesters.

YouthBiz at Denver Venture School
YouthBiz has joined forces with Denver Venture School (DVS) to create a YouthBiz Freshman Leadership Seminar, offered during the school day to 9th grade DVS students.  The year-ling course builds the skills of these youth in the following areas: Technology Fundamentals, Communication & Public Speaking, Business Ettiquette, Career Readiness and Leadership Development.
