Come. Learn. Grow.
With a commitment to providing opportunities for social and economic empowerment, YouthBiz serves over 325 middle and high-school students each year through the following core programs: Tier I - YouthBiz Basics,
Tier - YouthBiz Advanced, and Tier III - YouthBiz Leaders.
YouthBiz’s programs incorporate three core elements...

BUSINESS: The question “what do I want to be when I grow up?” starts here. Youth explore jobs of interest, develop fundamental business skills, focus on entrepreneurial activities, create business plans, and outline long-term career goals.
ACADEMICS: Success at school is achieved by bridging each youth’s current interests and actions with long-term outcomes. Youth learn skills that support their academic lives – computer fundamentals, communication and public speaking, financial literacy, and decision-making – and equip them with long-term transferable skills.
LEADERSHIP: Good leadership takes practice. Youth become critical thinkers, learn peaceful conflict resolution skills, problem solve around community needs, and gain an understanding of the importance of volunteerism and community investment.
