In 2003, a twelve year old Anna, joined YouthBiz programs. Today, Anna brings eight years of experience with YouthBiz programs as a participant, Youth Leader and now Program Coordinator. What has kept Anna involved with YouthBiz is not what she has received, but what she has been able to give back to the organization. “I have seen changes, being here for years and starting out as a trainee. I serve as a role model,” Anna explains. Anna graduated a year early from high school and is currently studying English and History at the Community College of Denver. Anna is fueled by seeing the change in young people and knowing that once they leave YouthBiz’s doors, they are prepared with the skills that they need to succeed.
